Civility in Litigation, How to Handle Difficult Situations Within Ethical Boundaries and with a Clear Conscience

Civility in Litigation, How to Handle Difficult Situations Within Ethical Boundaries and with a Clear Conscience. That was the topic of the first Continuing Legal Education presentation sponsored by the ACU.  The ACU is now credentialed as a CLE provider by the Florida Bar.  The talk was a first step in fulfillment of one of the goals of our ten-year strategic plan (looking forward to our 100th anniversary) which is to offer ACU-sponsored Continuing Legal Education presentations promoting Catholic values.  The talk took place on February 6 at St. Augustine Church and Catholic Student Center.  The presenter was Maria Arista-Volsky, J.D., a prominent Catholic attorney with over 40 years of experience in various capacities including Assistant U.S. Attorney, and Assistant County Attorney.
