Canonization Commission: New Chair
Efraín Zabala, Chair of the Canonization Commission since it was established in 2017, has accomplished a significant number of tasks to propel the cause forward. No doubt his efforts and passion for the cause have placed the ACU in a position to continue progressing in this effort. After seven years in this role, Efraín has passed on this important responsibility to another Agrupado. We are grateful to Efraín for his past efforts and below is a brief summary of the numerous accomplishments. Mariano “Marty” Pérez, Vice-President of the ACU, and member of the commission, will temporarily serve as Chair of the Commission. We welcome Marty to his new position and we also thank all other agrupados that have assisted the Commission in the cause.
