The newly constructed Jesus Maestro Student Residence is a modern, six story structure with 30 fully furnished rooms (18 Single; 12 Double Occupancy). Inaugurated on September/2010, each room in Jesus Maestro has its own private bathroom. Amenities include a large Conference Center, conference rooms, a library, gymnasium, laundry, dinning facilities and private parking. RJM is Located on the waterfront, right on Miami's Bay of Biscayne.

RJM offers a Catholic Collegiate Lifestyle in a Fraternity Environment, mentored by ACU Congregants and their families whom are local Miami residents from all walks of professional life.

A well-maintained collegiate campus atmosphere surrounds the House. The campus is shared with the "Juan Pablo-II" Retreat Center. JPII holds Spiritual Retreats throughout the year. Its retreat facilities are available to other organizations interested in holding conferences and seminars. The "Loyola Chapel" provides ambiance for intimate introspection. The "Salon Loyola " is an elevated Chapel that also serves as a large conference room. It forms the roof for the "Galeria", a large covered terrace that opens to the grounds while providing protection in the event of inclement weather. Adjacent to the "Galeria" is the "Plaza de la Evangelización" with a sculpture of St. Peter, the "Fisher of Men" right on the water's edge. This Plaza holds a commanding view of Biscayne Bay. A privileged location to study, pray and develop fraternal bonds that will last a lifetime for the Greater Glory of God. A safe location, one block East of Biscayne Boulevard, in close proximity to hotels, fine dinning, shopping and the newly developed Miami Art District.
