There are three criteria to be a member of the Agrupación:
- The candidate must exhibit characteristics in line with our motto of "Esto Vir" or "To be a man." We are Catholic men living in a modern world, but not of the world. We are called to be examples and imitations of the greatest Man that this world has ever seen: Jesus Christ. We use our manhood to be good husbands to our wives, good fathers to our children, good and honest professionals, etc.
- The candidate must be invited to the Agrupación. Men are not allowed to come in uninvited and try to become an Agrupado. Someone from the Agrupación has to invite any prospective candidates.
- The candidate must fit well within the social context of the group. The candidate must be able to associate well with the fellow group members, as animosity between any members cannot be tolerated.
Congregantes are:
- Practicing Catholics.
- Honest Professionals.
- Leaders in the community, their professional and social endeavors.
- Attend Mass Regularly in addition to Days of Obligation.
- Attend "Ejercicios Ignacianos" at least once a year.
- Attend and support weekly "Guardias" at the local ACU-Charter.
- Actively participate in harmony with his local "Casa" educational, pious and apostolic activities.
These are the qualities that reflect an "Agrupado" as an "Esto Vir" (a True Man). If you would like to "experience" the Agrupación, please contact us. We'd be glad to extend you an invitation.
